Eco-Life is run co-op style for physician referred patients.

Ordering takes place once a week on Mondays. The orders usually take from 1 to 2 weeks and there are occasional backordered items that may take longer. If items are in stock ( item will read “in stock” next to status) they will be shipped the next business day unless there are other items on the order that are not in stock (item will read “to be ordered” next to status). Remember that this is run “co-op style” and is not the fastest way to obtain supplements. We do, however, try to fill and ship the orders as quickly as possible.

We use USPS mail services for all our shipping needs.

Priority Mail – Takes 2 days in most case, occasionally 3 days. Prices are based upon the total weight of the package.

Express Mail – Overnight delivery to most locations including Saturdays. You may check here - http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp to see if your location has overnight delivery available. Prices are based upon the total weight of the package.

Probiotic Shipping - Probiotics may be shipped 2 day Priority Mail year round. However, if you live in an area where the summer temperatures are very warm, then Express Mail is recommended from April 15 until October 30. Most probiotics are stable at room temperature for up to 3 months. Please check with the manufacturer for the particular probiotic in question. All probiotics are shipped with ice to maintain a cooler temperature year round and are insulated by plastic or Styrofoam container. PROBIOTICS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
