Ingredients per tablet:
Melatonin 1 mg
(as n-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine)

Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose (plant origin) vegetable stearic acid, croscarmellose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions: For adults take one (1) tablet to three (3) tablets daily, only at bedtime as melatonin may produce drowsiness, or follow the advice of your health care professional.   DO NOT EXCEED 3MG IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
